At The Crystals Align, every item is thoughtfully selected or handcrafted with care, love, and intention. We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase.

We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

  • Proof of purchase or an order number is required.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

To begin a return, please email crystalsalign@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualify for a remedy under applicable law:

  • Custom-made or personalized sterling silver jewelry

  • Worn jewelry

  • Used or burned candles

  • Opened essential oils and energy sprays

  • Opened or used crystal healing kits

  • Used cleansing herbs, sage, or Palo Santo

  • Gift cards

  • Completed Reiki sessions, chakra readings, and other completed virtual services

Natural Crystals & Handmade Jewelry

Every crystal is unique, with natural variations in color, shape, size, inclusions, and texture.

These natural characteristics are part of the beauty of gemstones and are not considered defects.

Our handcrafted jewelry is created individually, and minor variations may occur.

We encourage customers to carefully review product photographs and descriptions before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect and package every order to help ensure that your items arrive safely.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at crystalsalign@gmail.com as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging, if available

We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

This requested reporting timeframe does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Again, returns must be completed within 14 days. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return results from an error on our part.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide instructions for resolving the issue, including return shipping arrangements where appropriate.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days of approval.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has shipped or custom production has begun.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled but may qualify for a return under this policy.

Reiki & Virtual Healing Services

Reiki sessions, intuitive chakra readings, and other virtual healing services require reserved time and preparation.

Completed sessions are non-refundable, except where required by law.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an upcoming appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss available options.

If The Crystals Align must cancel your appointment, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund for the canceled service.
